My sales agent said she would personally go and pull the product so it would ship that day, and she did what she said. She saved me the embarrassment of telling my customer I forgot to order his parts on time and making him reschedule a maintenance visit. I am unable to add any suggestions. Military Fasteners is an on time provider. I have never understood why the orders from you company are shipped and arrive in time given to me. Other companies say same day ship or the following day and it takes much much longer for the product to arrive. All I say, Good Job
